Replaced `comfy-table` usage in `src/cmd/mq.rs` with manual formatting and removed the dependency, but the larger handwritten formatting code regressed clean check time badly.

total_ms (ms)primary
Reduce the wall-clock time of the repo's `just check` workload for this repository, focusing on code and configuration changes that improve Rust compile/check performance without breaking correctness. In this environment `just` is unavailable, so the harness runs the equivalent underlying cargo command directly.

Annotations
hypothesis
Eliminating the `comfy-table`/`crossterm` stack from a rarely used status display path might significantly reduce compile work.
learning
Removing a dependency is not automatically a compile-time win if it substantially inflates a large source file that must still be parsed and type-checked.
next_action_hint
Favor smaller-surface dependency wins or module-scope reductions instead of replacing compact library calls with much more handwritten code.
rollback_reason
Primary metric regressed from 6052ms to 6997ms, so the extra handwritten formatting in `mq.rs` outweighed the dependency removal for this benchmark.
